Rare 1966 Carvin double neck in an even more rare Sunburst finish as most of these were done in a Natural finish. We obtained this from the son of the original owner, and the excellent condition of this vintage Carvin makes it obvious that it was a one owner guitar. The necks both could use an adjustment, but the truss rod adjustments still have the factory tape on them and we would rather preserve the vintage nostalgia by leaving the tape in place and allow the next owner to decide whether or not to remove the tape. Both the guitar and bass sound AMAZING. The bass has had another bridge at one time, which has left two small holes, but the original is back in its proper place making it all original and 100% complete along with its original hardshell case. There is typical cosmetic wear including finish checking on the back of the necks, but this double neck remains structurally sound with no cracks, breaks, or repairs.
