Before the Gibson Custom Shop, there was the Gibson Citation. A high-end guitar built uniquely to your own personal preference. This all original Gibson is one of the more rare versions you'll ever see as it was built as an acoustic archop without a pickup. It is featured on page 63 in the green "Guitars: The Tsumura Collection" book.This acrhtop plays great and has a BIG sound. We've included plenty of photos to show you the AMAZING detail and quality exhibited in this Citation from the 1980's. It's in EXCELLENT condition, but does have some blemishes that are so minor they are difficult to see in the photos; the binding has lots of tiny cracks (yet it is well intact and not brittle), the finish shows marks left from a guitar stand on the bottom of the headstock and bottom edge of the body, as well as a few very minor nicks + dings. These are all merely cosmeitc as it remains structurally sound with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. Included is a non-original hardshell case.
